ubiAttendance will collect and process its Customers Clients data only as instructed or permitted by our Client. ubiAttendance maintains appropriate security controls to protect the information. The personal data, mainly users’ profile information viz. Email, Phone, Name, Profile photo is uploaded to https://ubiattendance.ubihrm.com - Clients contact information: We optionally collect the Clients information like his Name, Phone, Email for administering the App’s function & only after getting the required permission from our Customers
- Clients GPS Location: We collect location based data (GPS coordinates) through our geolocation feature from our Customers Field Employees to punch their Visits with their GPS location.
- Clients images: We collect Company images if the Client has signed up for our App & has agreed to the use of this feature. This feature is optional & is only given if the Company has signed up for it. We do not share the collected images with any third party tool, or use it for any other process other than the one disclosed by the application.
Images collected are stored for the duration the Client has signed up for the App’s services & the retention Period of 365 days after which they are automatically deleted from the system. ubiAttendance may process Data for business management reporting, and analysis. - (d) Providing services. ubiAttendance may process Personal Data to provide the business services, analytics, and business intelligence.

ubiAttendance offers mobile & Desktop applications that allow you to access your account, interact with us online, and receive other information via your mobile device. Personal Data collected by ubiAttendance via our mobile applications is protected by the terms of this Privacy Statement or our Privacy Statement for Client Employees, as applicable. - The UbiAttendance app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the UbiAttendance app won’t work properly or at all. The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

You may limit the information you provide to ubiAttendance. You may also limit the communications that ubiAttendance sends to you. To opt-out of commercial emails, simply click the link labeled “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email we send you. Please note that if you are currently receiving services from ubiAttendance and you have decided to opt-out of promotional emails, this will not impact the messages we send to you for purposes of delivering such services.

ubiAttendance respects your right to access, correct, and delete your Personal Data, or object to the processing of your Personal Data. Additionally, you may contact attendancesupport@ubitechsolutions.com to request access to your data, and to exercise any of the individual rights afforded to you by ubiAttendance’s Privacy Code for Business Data, or by applicable data protection laws and regulations. ubiAttendance will respond to requests as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. - Information Security
ubiAttendance is committed to maintaining the appropriate organizational, technical, and physical controls to protect Personal Data entrusted to ubiAttendance. These controls protect Personal Data from anticipated threats and hazards as well as unauthorized access and use. Additionally, Individuals have the right to object to a) the Processing of their Personal Data on the basis of compelling grounds related to their particular situation, or b) receiving direct marketing communications (opting-out). - Security and Confidentiality Requirements
ubiAttendance has implemented commercially reasonable and appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from misuse or accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition, or access. Access to Personal Data will be authorized only to the extent necessary to serve the applicable Business Purposes and ubiAttendance Staff with access to Personal Data will be subject to confidentiality obligations. ubiAttendance shall investigate all known or suspected Data Security Breaches and shall document the facts relating thereto, its effects and the remedial actions taken. - Direct Marketing

Individuals covered by the ubiAttendance Privacy Code for Business Data may file a written complaint if they suspect that a member(s) of the ubiAttendance has violated the commitments made in the ubiAttendance Privacy Code for Business Data, as further defined in the ubiAttendance Privacy Code for Business Data. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the ubiAttendance support Team. The Data Privacy Policy governs personal data collected by ubiAttendance for its own purposes as well as information provided to us as a processor for our Clients. It protects information collected online as well as offline. ubiAttendance is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data that we process in order to provide services to our Clients. This Privacy Statement explains our practices with regard to the personal data we receive from our Clients as a processor. ubiAttendance will collect and process your personal data only as instructed or permitted by our Client or you. ubiAttendance maintains appropriate security controls to protect your information. - Employees contact information: We collect the Employees Personal & Company information like his Name, Phone, Email for administering the App’s function & only after getting the required permission from the Employers
- Employees GPS Location: We collect location based data (GPS coordinates) through our geolocation feature from Employees to punch their Time IN/OUT with their GPS location.
- Employees Selfies: We collect Employees Selfie if the Client has signed up for our App & has agreed to the use of this feature. For this we capture the Employee’s Selfie for Attendance. This feature is optional & can be turned off by the Client for its Employees. We do not share the collected Selfies with any third party tool, or use it for any other process other than the one disclosed by the application. Selfies collected are stored for the duration the Client has signed up for the App’s services & the retention Period of 365 days after which they are automatically deleted from the system For Registered ubiAttendance App Clients: If your ubiAttendance Mobile account is inactive for more than 365 days, your login credentials will be suspended. The account will be deleted 180 days after account suspension.
- Sensitive Personal Data
ubiAttendance processes sensitive personal data on behalf of your employer. ubiAttendance has implemented reasonable technical, physical and administrative safeguards to help protect the sensitive personal data from unlawful use and unauthorized disclosure. All ubiAttendance associates and contingent workers are required to follow these established procedures, both online and offline. Access to sensitive personal data is limited to those associates and contingent workers who have a need to access the information to perform tasks for ubiAttendance. ubiAttendance will only disclose sensitive personal data to service providers. - Questions about Your Personal Data

Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
We do not guarantee that (a) our App will meet your requirements; (b) will be available on an uninterrupted, timely or error-free - Refund Policy
ubiAttendance is not liable to process any refund in any scenario. You will be required to make payment of the subscription fees for the use of the application.
Any payments made via bank transfers, cheques, or payment links could take 24-48 hours to be processed. No refund requests can be initiated during this period. - Cancellation
UPI and Net Banking Transactions cannot be canceled after initiating the transaction. If the User has entered the wrong account number, then the Company is not a liable party in the transaction.
All UPI transactions are real-time and if there is any delay in the end of the transaction then the User can check with the support team at attendancesupport@ubitechsolutions.com - Debit Card/Credit Card
If the User has any issues related to transactions linked with Debit/Credit card, then the User must report the same to attendancesupport@ubitechsolutions.com - Changes to this Privacy Statement
