| This was a distributed client/server application based on three tier technology. The server was at the Police Head quarters, Bhopal and the clients were the Police Stations of M.P. The system has already been implemented in 42 districts of M.P. |

| The Need |
|
- To determine which officials are doing their duty and to help in performance appraisal by finding out the no. of warrants executed/pending on a officer
- To reduce communication expenses and time by sending information to the Police station where the criminal is currently residing
- To categorize warrants on the basis of Crime Head so that measures can be taken to sort out the problem areas
- To find out all the cases against a particular criminal so that his modus operandi can be found out
- To speed up the execution/service of Warrants
- To trace and catch Hard Core criminals in a relatively short span of time
